How it works
One thing, finished. Then the next.
Every build is one piece of your week, built start to finish and running on your real work before we start the next. It begins with a Foundation that every later build stands on.
30 minutes, free. A roadmap follows, yours to keep.
The Week Walkthrough
Before we meet, make a list of everything you do in a typical week: the reports, the reminders, the chasing. Write it yourself, or have the AI you already use draft it. Then 30 minutes together: what you're trying to achieve, how your week actually runs, and which things on your list don't need you.
Your roadmap
We study what you shared, then send what we found, the ranked order of what to build, and your first two weeks. Nothing is decided on the call. It's yours to keep, whether or not we build it together.
The Foundation
Your Logbook, where how your business works is written down. Your Standing Orders, your rules, including what needs your yes. Your sources connected. Then the first build on top, tested on your real work.
Builds
One thing, start to finish, ranked by what it gives back and what it unlocks. Each runs on your real work before the next begins, and each goes faster, because the Foundation is already there. Each one adds to your AI employees: they handle the chasing and drafting, and you direct them.
Your people
Once it runs for you, we connect the people around you: your leader, your leadership team, an EA. Each gets a setup designed around their piece, and everything rolls up to one view. We start at the top, with the outcome, and work outward.
Waypoints
If you want it, we come back each quarter. We compare what's running with what was built, fix what has drifted, and adjust as your business and the tools change.
After it's built
It keeps working. If it drifts, we fix it.
If a build doesn't do what we agreed, we keep working until it runs two weeks clean, at no charge. For the first 90 days, anything that drifts is fixed free: folders move, settings come undone, tools change. After that, a Course Correction or Waypoints.
How the parts connect
Your tools feed it. Your rules govern it. You decide.

Never happens
Money is never moved.
Always yours
Everything is built in your own accounts, and you own all of it.
