How we work
The Greenwich Method.
We don't arrive with a framework and fit you into it. We start by understanding your business as it actually is, then we build what it needs.
01 - Audit
We look at everything. Revenue, systems, team, pipeline, client experience. We find what's working, what's broken, and what's missing entirely.
02 - Build
We design and install what needs to exist. Systems, workflows, revenue architecture, team structure. Not recommendations. The actual infrastructure, built and running.
03 - Execute
For clients who need more than a project, we stay embedded. We're in the room, on the calls, and in the details keeping things moving while you focus on the work only you can do.
