We keep it simple

Most people who reach out aren't sure exactly what they need yet. That's fine. The first conversation is about understanding where you are, not selling you something.

1. We read your message carefully. We look at your site, get a sense of your business, and come to the conversation prepared. You won't be starting from zero.

2. We schedule a 30-minute call. No pitch deck. No discovery call theater. Just a real conversation about your business and whether we can help.

3. We tell you honestly what we think. If we're the right fit, we'll tell you what working together would look like. If we're not, we'll tell you that too, and we'll do our best to point you toward someone who is.
