What we've built

One person at the center. Everything connected around them.

Every business is different, so every build is too. These are the people we've built for, what was in the way, and where things stand now.

01

The shape of every build

You at the Helm. Everything else connected.

Each part has one lane and hands off to the next. Only the decisions come to you. All of it stands on your Foundation.

02

The operator inside a scaling company

From doing the work to directing it.

About 14 hrs → 1 to 2Meeting work, each month
Every MondayA 13-week cash forecast that wasn't happening before
About 2 hrs → 30 minSocial content, from each week to each month

The problem

Every meeting, every handoff and every follow-up ran through one operator. Prep before, notes and tasks after, the weekly leadership meeting, bookings, invoices. Social content was built from scratch every single week, with no calendar behind it. And the money was invisible: a bookkeeper kept the books, but no one could see a forecast or a projection. It held together because she held it.

What we built

A connected set of roles around her, each with one lane: meetings, projects, pipeline and the weekly scorecard, delivery of booked work, money, and marketing. Every handoff between them is logged, so nothing is carried by hand. One place shows only what's waiting on her. Her Standing Orders keep every email a draft and every money, contract and external decision hers.

What changed

She stopped doing the work and started directing it. She walks into meetings prepared. Social content runs from a calendar now. After a week off, she came back to a recap of what happened while she was out and an operating hub already refreshed. And the money became visible: she walks into a finance review already knowing the questions the owner will ask, where two reports disagree and why, and what's holding up the close. A new view matched travel on the calendar against the books, found reimbursable expenses sitting in the company's account, and now catches them as they happen.

Where it stands

Running every weekday. Changes go through one design process and are logged, so the system improves without drifting.

03

The owner launching something new

A flood of ideas, finally somewhere to go.

Ideas → a plan → workCaptured as they come, sorted, and handed on

The problem

A new business, launching, with one person holding the vision and running everything else. Ideas arrive faster than anyone could write them down: on calls, in the car, in the middle of client work. Most had nowhere to go, and nothing connected an idea to a plan to the work.

What we built

One place to drop ideas as they come, messy and unsorted. The system sorts them: a thought worth posting, a line worth keeping, a to-do, something that belongs to another business. Each morning it checks the pipeline, client delivery and the money, then writes one brief for the day with every decision in one place. Each part hands off to the next, so an idea becomes a plan, and the plan becomes work.

What changed

Ideas stop getting lost. The plan builds from what she's already saying. Money work that wasn't happening now arrives as tasks. The day starts with a decision list instead of an inbox.

Where it stands

Running every weekday and growing with the business.
